Years ago when my kids were in HS a rash of Amway distributorshios broke out among the faculty. One female teacher went so far as to hint to my wife that our kids would get favorable treatment for grades if we signed up. Wife was furious and stormed into the principals office to complain. They backed off.

Fast forward 25 years. When we first saw photos of palin, we looked at each other and exclaimed "Ms. S------n! The Amway bitch!"

FWIW, she was later involved in some scandal with the preacher of her fundagelical church and quietly moved away.
