He is one of the most vile SOB's on the planet. Can we please not attribute anything to him. And don't forget that right after he said what he said, he also said not to trust fact check organizations.
In other words, he'll tell you what is truth or fiction.

Personally, I think that anyone who can run an election so well that Bush gets into office not just once but twice deserves to be listened to when it comes to election strategy.

Are you so afraid of Rove that you can't even listen to what he has to say? That's weird. You are free to disregard him completely, but you can't tell others not to listen to him or post his comments.
