I think Obama has gotten on the wrong track
The experience issue is being handled wrong. Obama should be boasting he has only been in washington for a few years because its all those people who have been in washington for decades who have caused the trouble we are in. Who wants anyone who is a washington "insider"? I dont.

3. The 'experience' debate doesn't take us anywhere we want to go. Ignore it.
And note that McCain's experience is not relevant to being prez.

16. I remain optimistic
as long as the debate is focused on the economy and not all these meaningless side issues.

10. Obama has already said that
he said he is "new" to Washington and hasn't had all of the hope wrung out of him.

This was in his stump speech. :dunce:

18. EXACTLY!!
Obama needs to stress that it is the people who have been in washington for decades who have caused this economic meltdown. Do we want one of those people as president in november? HELL NO!! McCain is the problem, not the solution.

21. Amazing, isn't it? I just found another contradictory hand-wringer on another thread--
they totally contradicted themselves from last week regarding going after Palin.

Last week it was NONONO; now she wants to do it, damn the torpedoes.

17. I'd go further... I think he should just give in to all of the concern.
Concern concern concern.

You know, before I had 1000 posts, I just commented on other people's posts and posted LBN articles.

19. Obama has made it through a lot of bullshit controversy without
people telling him what track he should be on. He's doing fine. Be optimistic.
