Suggested Tim Kaine Ad for VA

Would it be wise to have Tim Kaine use this clip of Karl Rove on Tim Kaine for a Virginia targeted ad campaign?

"If were to pick Tim Kaine it would be a political pick. It would say, you know what, I'm really not concerned with first and foremost is the person capable of taking over as President of the United States."

This is after Rove reviews the qualifications of Kaine (which are clearly superior to Palin's).
