Pit Bulls are the biggest, most oversensitive babies and shouldn't be in the White House
Edited on Wed Sep-10-08 07:38 PM by drexel dave
Having owned a wonderful pit bull and having been around a lot of them, I, along with many other lovers of this beautiful breed can tell you: Pit bulls are incredibly sensitive, ultra-loving dogs.

And like a very sensitive person is is mistreated and abused, they react in kind with the kind of fury that only one who has experienced abuse can conjure. It's tragic because of the physical capibilities they possess.

I don't know if being a pit bull is a good thing for a presidential candidate. They are MUCH too sensitive for that office. They are often scared sh*tless by small, unexpected noises, and are in reality, big softy babies who are some of the most loving creatures on Earth when treated in kind.

I don't know if that's a real good resume for a President.

But it does go to show that Sarah Palin doesn't know diddly about pit bulls.

7. exactly the kind of trait we don't need in a leader
a leader needs to be thoughtful, even after being attacked. For at times, being provoked is nothing but a tactic for others to goad you into over-reacting.

3. Yeah, if they haven't been bred to be mean
Some of them are bred to isolate aggressiveness by those fight dog shithead breeders to be extra "spunky," "tough," and "vindictive." All terms used to describe Sarah since we've gotten to know her.

I had one too and he was a love.

4. BAH
my great pyre, 140 lbs of puppy, still thinks that his place is on my lap.
When that black helicopter hovers over my house, he runs outside, and jumps and scares that big black thing away. Works every time!

Now fire works? Totally different issue. Ever see 140 lbs of puppy get under you and cower?

5. I loved my pit
I raised her from a puppy and she was the sweetest most lovable thing in the world.
The biggest danger was drowning in slober from non stop licking.

The only time she wasn't super friendly was once when some drunks were threatening to me.
She stayed when I told her to but she became the meanest dog I'd ever seen.

6. pit bulls are lovely, sweet, but in terms of
saliva, they hold no candle to a pyre. It is not so much that they lick, but they drool, then shake, and shower everyone within a three square block area.
