I saw the McSame ad 6 times in an hour. "He took on Republicans and reformed Washington" Now he wants to "change" it?

Now is this the government that he reformed it into? If so, then "heck of a job, Mcsame"

Or is he going to unreform it, since he said that he already reformed it. I can't tell wtf he's talking about.
