Barack put out a statement but what else can he do? Or should he? Is there an ad he can run that won't look defensive? An Obama ad running here in Philly right now that starts with the message: "Opportunity Isn't Just for the Wealthy" - it's all positive, that would be a good counter ad, haven't seen the lying one here. I hope people see through McGutter - he is not an good or honorable man.

If Obama ran an ad this low and dishonest the A team Republican's would be running to the news shows to criticize and defend - where are our guys? I think Russ Feingold, all good Democrats, surrogates and disaffected Republican's should get their butts out there and shame McLame! Where are they, anyhow? What are they waiting for???
