Was the Zogby poll in 2000 interactive? Were there Zogby state polls in 00

Was the Zogby poll that got the 2000 race correct interactive or scientifically done? Also did Zogby do state polls in '00? Were those done the same way they are done now?

I ask this because some of Zogby's interactive polls conflict heavily with other "scientific" polls. For example he has Kerry down by a lot in OH, while Rasmussen has Kerry up by two and a recent Columbus dipatch poll has it tied. In both of those polls the trends have been in Kerry's favor. Also the Zogby interactive polls show much stronger showings for Kerry in southern states than other polls. Other polls show TN and AR close, but have nevre shown Kerry with a lead in teither state (except for a Rasmussen poll a while back which had Kerry up by 1 in AR).

So any reason for the discreprancy?
