why is Palin talking about stuff she knows nothing about?
the first question is why doesn't she know those companies aren't govt. funded.

The other question is why is she doing the disservice to her audience of giving them bogus information. She just made them all stupider.

4. Yeah, but if she insults Democrats and progressives while being stupid
and doesn't stumble over her prepared lies (otherwise known as rePiglican talking points) well then...doesn't that make her qualified to be VP??
When have ANY of these filth talked about anything they really know? If it's coming out of a rePiglican's mouth, it's bound to be bullshit.

7. Average IQ is 100. Many will not know the difference. We've lost those to their lies
and we need to focus on those who can differentiate between the candidates and understand their own interests in the outcome.

Most of all each of us needs to be phone banking and registering and writing letters to the editor, etc.

10. Most Americans neither know, nor until this weekend cared, how Fanny & Freddy were funded.
When the issues become too complex for most people to grasp easily, we tend to take leaders we trust at their word. This allows plenty of untruths, distortions and outright lies to enter the public sphere.

If the facts are too complicated the lies win out.

11. Uh, because otherwise she'd be a mime.
And apparently many Americans respond to total dumbasses.

12. Because otherwise she'd have nothing to say.
Unless, of course, the discussion was about Creationism or moose hunting.
