It is simple.
Kerry is not sitting in the White House because he allowed himself to be swiftboated.

Obama and Biden need to do two simple things to win:

1) Stress that the very existence of our country is at stake, and is teetering very close to disaster because of the last 8 years.

2) Go after their opponents and RIP.THEIR.MOTHERFUCKING.THROATS.OUT.

It is the only thing that the majority of voters understand.

3. WHY are we not hearing:
"When Sarah Palin attacked community service, she attacked you and your children".

"If Sarah Palin cannot face the press IMMEDIATELY, how can she be expected to run the country if needed"?

"If John Mccain gets in the white house, your PAIN will continue for at least 4 more years. Can your family stand that"?

Why are they not citing examples of McCain's temper?

Go for the jugular...no doubt they will.

5. If McCain had picked a MAN with Palin's qualifications, he would have been laughed at.
Do you, the American people, honestly believe that she is the best choice to be President of the United States should something happen to John McCain?

WHY ARE WE NOT HEARING THIS?????

9. Senator McCain, you consistently state that Senator Obama will...
raise taxes if he is elected. What income group will this effect?

10. My theory is that it isn't necessarily that people "fall" for negative campaigning.
There are some gullible ones out there, sure, but I really think that it's mainly that if a candidate goes negative and the other doesn't fire back with something equally or more devastating that people perceive that as a sign of weakness and gravitate towards the one they perceive as stronger. It's probably something ancient and tribal that is hardwired into us somewhere.
