Can Kerry just go bowling?
Or something that the ordinary person can relate to?

Do all of his sports have to involve him looking like a "gearhead" with thousands of dollars of very expensive and/or custom made equipment?
And, another thing, while he's out in public - just smile and wave - today I saw him looking all around and frowning like he was upset about something. If you are upset about something - handle it privately - in public - be happy, fer chrissake!

4. He should play a lot more softball then - especially in the next
2 months. Folks can relate to that.

6. Oooops! S'cuse me - I guess I slipped and let my honest feelings
come out - just like a Democrat with 40 years standing. I'm trying to help this guy - what should I do when I see the campaign needs improvement - not say anything?

and I have the losing wounds to show.

Now, that said, this is a Repuke convention. What does that have to do with the Dem campaign?

My "honest feelings" are HOPE for a Dem victory. If we FUCK UP, well alrighty then, it won't be the first time. We're trying, no matter what.

8. I love John Kerry
and I love the love he has for all sports.

What can Chimp do? I have never seen him play anything.

Why is it that we put such high standards on our own?

Have you noticed that the Rethugs NEVER question anything * says or does?

Go figure.

14. Look, I want the guy to win so bad my teeth hurt but I don't want
him to make stupid mistakes. In the hinterland he is coming off like an elitist and I want him to be more of a regular Joe.

17. I suggest you go to the library and read the last 3 years
of archived newspapers. Once you are up to speed on current events, we'll talk.

7. Hockey
Sure, it's expensive. But it's a tough guy sport.

And I'm sure Bush's golf clubs cost more than Kerry's hockey gear.

10. Once more, how many regular adults play hockey - let alone
with a professional team? Sheesh!

New England, Michigan and Minnesota are hot for hockey.

The southern snowbirds love hockey too. Look at Florida.

11. does kite surfing count?
http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/20020...

This week, while the president campaigns through battleground states and accepts the Republican Party nomination Thursday in New York City, Kerry has a quieter agenda. He'll kite-surf the Nantucket Sound breezes, ride his $6,000, U.S.-made racing bicycle and dine with wife Teresa Heinz Kerry at restaurants in this old whaling port.
