I'm sorry, but the GOP convention is pathetic compared to ours.

This time last week, our convention was overflowing to the brim with excitement, emotion, pride, vibrancy, vitality, promise, history, magnificent music, hope and most importantly - people! Everywhere you looked all you could see was a breathtaking panorama of the diversity of Americana, with not a dry eye in the house, and everyone filled to the brim with passion, joy, purpose.

Their convention looks like everyone is trying their darndest to look like they're having a good time; the convention hall seems weirdly dark and half-empty -- it all looks so disorganized, like they didn't have enough money to put this thing on.... and the red background they used all week made it look like they were broadcasting from hell.
