Judging by Bush, L's comments just now.

Edit: I think my comment is being misunderstood - It was meant to imply that Laura Bush was attempting to turn Cindy into some sort of orphan cradling, landmine removing Diana-a-like.

...or more correctly, WEARING window dressing... That last dress she had on looks like a set of drapes my mother once had. And so does the one she currently has on.
