Secessionist Sarah?
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/9/1/4231/18477/878/5...

"In spite of the rethug efforts to delete Sarah Palin's history, particularly between 2004 and 2006, we found a real gem on you tube this evening.
The clips show the connection between Sarah Palin and the Alaska Independence Party. (We downloaded the clips and re-uploaded them into our own you tube account in case they get taken down.)"

3. It's just amazing
between this, the censoring of library books, the dominionist connections, the utter disregard for the environment and wildlife... she is quite possibly wingnuttier than Cheney, and that's saying something.

12. Cheney's wingnut foundation is in cronyism and fascism, while Palin ....
... while Palin is truly a religious fundamentalist. I think of Palin more as a more hard-core George W Bush on the religious fundie aspect, where he pandered she's a true believer. And she's just as unprepared and uninformed as Bush, putting her at the same risk of being easily manipulated.

4. K&R!! This definitely undermines McBush's "country first" claim. Time to paint pictures...
Edited on Mon Sep-01-08 07:00 AM by JBoris
...of McSame. He wanted to go to war with Russia so that 70,000 South Ossetians didn't leave his Georgian lobbyist / foreign advisor's paymasters. That unstable old man wanted American troops to die so that South Ossetians couldn't declare Independence form Georgia? Country first? Who's country? Now he wants to put an Alaskan secessionist a heartbeat away from a 72 year-old cancer survivor's presidency? Country first? Exactly which country would that be John McCain III?

13. Yep, this is bigger news than who was pregnant when;
I'll admit to having gotten sucked into the other story. And Palin sounds like she's been prone to a lot of small-town corruption, too. But here her loyalty to our country is in question. This needs to be a very big story, especially after all the crap that's been hurled at Obama.

8. Alaska for Alaskans, sounds like an Un-American separatist movement.
Seward is probably rolling over.
