2. No, the GOP thinks it can lead me around by my ovaries
This VP choice is an insult to any thinking women and I want this anti-Hillary clearly defined for what she is/what she believes.

It is not as shocking as PTA mom being a heartbeat away from running the free world

9. WE are driving the narrative. Palin = not qualified, extreme, desperate gimmick ploy by McCain
who lacks judgment or the temperament to be president!

12. No shit. DU's newest "bright and shiny thing" ... a fucking joke.
Edited on Sat Aug-30-08 02:03 PM by TahitiNut
The short-term "Governor" of a state with a population that's less than ANY of the US's major cites (including Detroit) and the ridiculous "flipping of the bird" of her selection and DU runs around screaming "The sky is falling! The sky is falling!!"

Sheesh ... just wipe her selection off your shoe and keep on truckin'!

13. Ah, we're political junkies and this shit is fun.
Sure, they did try to steal a leap on the news cycle, but so what? The Palin thing is going to backfire on them, hard.

14. they're driving the narrative, but it's an unflattering one... an unfolding train wreck
McCain didn't vet her carefully, and the shit is hitting the fan... it's alright with me! The MSM is preocuppoied and not tearing at Obama and the Dems, for a change! We're looking great by comparison to McCain's VP stunt.

It's fricking fascinating.
