Well, She Is Hot - Insane - But Hot

I wonder how that factored into the decision to choose Palin as VP? I mean the hot part, not the insane part - the insane part is a given. I showed my husband her picture, and he agreed she is very pretty, and wondered if Republicans think this will win them votes somehow. But I've been reading up on her and she is, well, certifiable. She's a cross between SNL's "Church Lady" and a beauty queen (which she actually was), making no bones about her extreme religious views. On first impression, she is a fairly good public speaker with a strong voice, but while she comes off as relatively smart, she also appears, well, shallow. She is certainly no Hillary Clinton.

And, it appears her husband works his own angle through the governor's office, influencing policy in a big, big way, making it appear that Mrs. Palin is little more than a mouthpiece. She has no foreign policy experience whatsoever, and it appears her biggest accomplishment since taking office is to offer a state jet (bought by the last governor) up for auction on eBay.

And McCain had only met Mrs. Palin once prior to choosing her as running mate - HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HER!!!! If this is the best Republicans have, it is going to be a long election cycle for McCain...and I can't wait to see her debate Mr. Biden!
