In a crowded arena of blowhard pundits, Steve Scully of C-Span ROCKS!

I think that not enough props are given to the C-Span people for doing what they do. We get the whole unfiltered event and the only commentary allowed is actually "off the street" sort of reporting and I really must commend the C-Span reporters for holding to a very neutral and objective point of view. C-Span is essentially the bi-partisan neutral standard all current media should aspire to. The few comments they have, they actually have done very well in their live call-in panels and actually benefits the greater good by educating the public.

Also, maintaining a professional and stoic demeanor in the face of some of the crazier and ridiculous callers is an Herculean effort that should be rewarded. That same neutral demeanor is also maintained when doing interviews. Steve Scully is just an example of that newspaper professionalism.

So seriously, I love you C-SPAN!
