GOP is jealous. They feel the tide of power slipping out to sea
They see their guy isn't "Cool" or in demand. They see the writing on the wall for this country. There are so many sickos who voted for Bush in 2004 who STILL can't admit they were on the wrong side of history. Of course, there are the evil corporate megaliths like GE/NBC/Universal who benefit unimaginably from the free for all that the Bush years have been. Same with the insiders, millionaires' club, etc.

THey are all crying as they see the Dems are sexy and Obama is "THE MAN".

Stories about party infighting, opulent greek columns, Barack being popular as somehow a BAD thing? All jealousy and insecurity and fear about their place in the new order of things. (Hint: on the outside looking in).

Yes, Obama will try to find those folks in the center and build coalitions. But the Bush's, Cheney's, and others can forget about it.

Just brush off their complaints and ridiculous story lines. Power is with you and your neighbors and their neighbors. Keep the yard signs going up. Keep volunteering to call other people and get people registered. Make sure you help Obama with a MOST EXCELLENT ground game this fall.........and all will be well.

They might want to stop talking.

Cause Bush's looked similar......

In fact, Barack's is understated in comparison! :)

2. OMG. Julius Caesar's retarded cousin
war, war, war. and throw in some leader worship. Was that for his 2004 convention speech?

Bush is a hideous stain on our human consciousness.

3. It's what's at the core of the modern breed of Republicanism
Resentment by the anti-social socially awkward toward all those who aren't anti-social. About half the men who hate Bill Clinton only hate him because he's good-looking and women like him. The same with Obama (aside from the racism). They have no vision, no ideas, no humor, no wisdom, just a lot of anger, hatred and fear -- and jealousy.
