Can anyone explain this "morning vote" of the delegates thing?

Is there going to be a floor vote? Will Hillary not tell her delegates to switch? She was going to do that this afternoon. Now it's too late. Will there be a second vote?


DENVER -- Some Barack Obama delegates from Colorado are upset about the way Wednesday's vote for the presidential nomination is unfolding.

Colorado delegates were casting their votes on Wednesday morning, and the tally will be reported on the floor of the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday night.

About 15 to 20 of the 70 delegates Colorado voted for Hillary Clinton....
