difference between " objective analysis" and RW partisanship...
Hi all,

I'm fairly new to 21st century politics, and not a professional in any sense. I do think the media has a role to play with "objective analysis", which we Democrats may not always be thrilled with but at least it's honest and accurate. I know the corporate media usually does partisan attacks disguised as objective analysis. How do I know when we are dealing with an honest broker ? Sincere question here. Thank you in advance for your time, as always.

1. Don't watch the MSM. There is nothing objective about it.
I find BBC America although conservative at least tries to be objective and accurate. Also, I like Democracy Now with Amy Goodman.

2. Watch and listen and form an opinion
I would recommend watching various news stations, radio stations, internet sources, newspapers, and see what you find to be credible. Cross-check stories. Distinguish opinion from news. Fox takes a beating mostly because of Hannity and O'Reilly, but those shows are pure entertainment/opinion. They don't profess to be news. Of course they are RW shills. Actually, I don't mind the daily Fox News from a factual standpoint.

Mostly I peruse the Internet and read a bunch of stuff from various sources. Don't stick to just one outlet because you will get lulled into thinking that is the one correct mindset.
