MESSAGE To All Democratic Senators
STOP COMPLIMENTING McCAIN! AND WHEN YOU'RE GIVEN A SHOT, TAKE IT!

Webb and Feingold being interviewed by Brokaw were cert courteous about McCain. And when Webb was asked about McCain's shameless pandering of his P.O.W. status on the Tonight Show he wouldn't

1. Then Webb said something like: The Democratic party should be blah blah...
As if he is not in the party?

WTF? Whatever he thinks the party should say and do he should be saying and doing...No?

2. I know you got your bone to pick, but not with our Russ Feingold.
Please be good to this Senator. He has stood very stongly against the Patriot act, Fisa amendments, and we can't let a compliment of a co-worker be used as a good enough excuse to pick. He is one of our strongest advacates for freedom.

8. I prefer the approach that Biden took the other day.
He said "John McCain is my friend, but...." and then proceeded to verbally place a boot in the old bastard's ass, in regards to his fucked up policies and campaign tactics.

4. Love Russ
He's one of the best, ever. But this is not the time and place for senatorial congeniality. McBush isn't holding back or hadn't they noticed that he's not pulling his punches?

10. Feingold has been very complimentary to McCain lately
This is puzzling to many people. This is a recent article where he praises McCain.

12. yeah, that was annoying.
Feingold said that Obama and McCain were "both reformers", and Webb wussed out on the POW thing and talked about what the "democratic party should do", even though he had criticized McCain for acting like the respresentative of all military people on Keith Olbermann in the past. It also would have been an excellent opportunity to call McCain out for the GI Bill (AND skirting around fucking McCain-Feingold, for Feingold), but alas no.
