CNN Politcal Ticker-Clinton Loyalists Outraged-"If you think we were mad before..."
Here's the whole article from CNN.com:

Some in Clinton circle 'outraged'
Posted: 04:06 PM ET

Some in Clinton's inner-circle are outraged.
(CNN) — Evan as Hillary Clinton praised the newly-minted Democratic presidential ticket Saturday, some in her circle are furious Barack Obama did not appear to give the New York Democrat serious consideration for the No. 2 spot, or even ask for her consultation on the matter.

"Set aside that Obama said she'd be on anybody's short list, set aside anybody's feelings on whether she was deliberately snubbed and the pros and cons of whether it should be her," a former Clinton strategist told CNN's Candy Crowley. "Focus on the politics of it and you have about a quarter of Clinton loyalists still not joining the caravan…for God's sake, not to even make a show of taking her seriously is flatly stupid."

A top Clinton advisor also told CNN they were "outraged," over how the process was conducted.

"You can't put Eric Holder and Carolyn Kennedy on an hour plane ride to Chappaqua just to check the box? They should have done it just for the optics," this person said. "Barack never even said to her, 'Here's how I envision the job'– not one discussion with her about ."

"They thought her supporters were mad before? They are really mad now," this person also said. We knew it was never going to happen but you would have thought they might at least make a show of it."

Former Clinton strategist Paul Begala echoed similar frustrations on CNN Friday night.

"I think there are a lot of Hillary voters who are going to say, 'Hey, wait a minute, man You said you were going to put her on the short list. You know, you didn't even vet her. You didn't call her. You didn't seek her advice,'" Begala said. "By the way, he didn't seek President Clinton's advice either. He's actually the guy who I think picked the best vice president in American history. You would think maybe you would sort of check in with him."

Meanwhile, two sources familiar with Obama's VP search tell CNN's Roland Martin Clinton was very much under consideration, and it's wrong for anyone to suggest that she wasn't.

the Dems made the RIGHT choice when they gave the nomination to Obama and not Clinton.

She's being a stand-up guy and doing the right thing. Bill is not, so far, but she is. But when her supporters shout & scream and make demands...well, I just cannot believe these instigators are Democrats. I believe most of them are planted McSame-ites.

What a bunch of self-serving egotists. This is NOT the time for the Hillary camp to be dividing the party in this manner. It hurts the Democratic cause when these assholes say stupid shit like this to that waste-of-flesh Candy Crowley. It gives the Republicans a hammer to hit us over the head with.

"Look at how mad the Hillary people are. The Democrats aren't really united."

It doesn't matter that this is a teensy-tiny minority that are pissed off - the media doesn't give a shit.

All I can say is: LISTEN UP ASSHOLES - SHUT THE FUCK UP UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE TO SAY.

Jesus H. Christ, this is getting ridiculous. You fucking LOST already - get over it. Goddamn, I've never seen a sorrier group of sore losers.

is giving them more attention then they deserve

Either way, if Obama does not win the course of this country will be changed toward the hard right for at least the next 30 years

I am actually taking the whole thing philosophically

If we win, we will be set on the right track

However, if we lose, then there will be a lot of hard times to follow, and people will pay for the consequences of their actions

14. If the story about her not wanting to be considered is true...
...then these people would know about that if they're really connected to her and her campaign.

Which leads one to ponder why there is this display of outrage....I wonder why (how, who). Ulterior motive? 2012? Hmm?

doesn't have the conviction or passion. He does, he truly backs Barack and it shows. She's a poser. I have friends who were very disappointed in her appearance at FAU this week. She said the words because that was her job, that was it..

70. The BR bill is not onerous to most people, ya kno. And the nerve of a Clintonite talkingabout owned?
NO ONE is more owned, and owes more favors, than the Clintons.

Why won't Bill release the names of the contributors to his library? I think we all know why. THIS IS ONE REASON THAT NO VETTING OF THE CLINTONS COULD POSSIBLY HAVE BEEN DONE.

Who passed NAFTA, hmmmm?

Who was in bed with the Chinese years before Bush thought it was cool? (hint: it was the Clintons)

Who was the largest recipient of large pharma and insurance company contributions? And, coincidentally...whose healthcare plan REQUIRED EVERY CITIZEN TO BUY THE PRODUCTS OF INSURANCE COMPANIES? What a coincidence!

If I were you, I wouldn't be throwing stones. Those glass walls sometimes crash inwards.

Are this woman's devoted fans truly as petulant and irrational as they are portrayed? Every time I hear about "Hillary's supporters" they are planning to disrupt our convention, or vote for mccain, or some other disturbed, un-American, Republican act. What gives?

Maybe we are lucky she didn't win. I am reminded of the prayer "Oh Lord, please protect me from your followers."

So you just say that she was right. There was no need to formally vet someone so well vetted already.

I like Biden, he's a great choice. Hillary would have been too but it is not to be. I think the Clinton people have a point here, tho. Obama could have consulted with her, and with Bill, at least. My guess is personal feelings toward them won out. That's too bad.

29. There is a small though too loud group of dead-enders
who just want to whine. And whine.

We need to move on and quit worrying about them. If they're sincere at all about their values, and not just about being part of a cult of personality, they'll vote for our really terrific ticket. If they don't, they've been part of the GOP all along, anyway.

Hillary has been treated more than fairly. She ran a crappy campaign, and lost her front-runner status. It's done. She's not the only woman who has run for President. She's not the only woman who will run for President. She's another politician who was out-strategized, out-maneuvered and outclassed. And the oddest thing is I think she pretty much knows it and is ready to get this election won.

It's this small group of people who claim to be her followers, and her husband, who just can't seem to face reality.

Pouters are a pain in the ass, especially pouters who hold grudges and seek revenge.

87. He's out of work.
Nobody wants to hear what he has to say anymore. A couple of years ago him and Carville wrote a book telling the Democratic party to be more moderate, give up on the issue of abortion totally and a few other "hot button" issues.

He's an idiot. That's why none of the Democratic candidates hired him this year.
Carville was interviewed on tv the other night and looked like someone had killed his favorite lizard, he was frowning so much.
He's out of a job, too.
Maybe he can find work doing more voice overs in cartoons designed to scare kids.

48. Hillary's statement was great and very positive.
What we got here are not your average Hillary supporters, but a group of dead-enders that weren't going to vote for Obama no matter what, and might not even have voted for Hillary had she become the nominee.

i never once thought they were actual democrats.

For the true HRC supporters i totally understand their disappointment, i was a Dean Gal and then a Kucinich Gal. I also hoped Obama would pick Feingold but things don't always work out as you hoped, i'm just fine with our ticket and i cannot wait to get my Obama/Biden shirt, i bought 2, one for me and one for my almost 14 year old who has been an Obama fan from the beginning.

51. It doesn't matter
how she, or her advisors, feel privately. What matters is that H. Clinton has issued numerous releases praising Obama and telling her supporters to support him since she endorsed him after the primaries were over.

It matters that she is going to campaign where Obama tells her to.
It matters that it seems like Obama and H. Clinton are united.

The rest is just the media and a select few who are still upset that H. Clinton is not the nominee. They need to put on a happy face. H. Clinton already has.

I think most will by November. I do think it was mistake that Obama said that Hillary would be on anyone's short list. That gave the impression that Hillary was in contention for VP which, apparently, she never was. This gave Hillary supporters hope, just to be disappointed a second time.

Some supporters stated they fully expected that Hillary would not be chosen, but would have appreciated some attention. Well what the fuck does it matter. If you never had any hope Hillary was going to be the VP selection then why are you all of a sudden so outraged. If I were a big Hillary supporter I would have been more upset if Obama had given her more consideration only in the end to pick somebody else. This is crying over spilled milk IMO.

We need to quit falling for this crap. Yes there may be some Clinton supporters who are angry, but I don't believe that they won't vote for the Democrat when it comes down to it. There are always disappointed people right after a primary. This disappointment does not usually result in turning Democratic voters into Republicans voters. Just look at how much coverage Fixed News is doing on this subject. They are trying to show us as the party of division. We need to quit criticizing Clinton supporters.
