So, what do you think of Joe Biden?
Just wonderin'.

Only concern with Obama-Biden is you know that the Republicans including Limbaugh are thinking about taking yard signs and changing the 'm' to an 's' and adding 'nla' before 'den'. (Osama-Binladen). Just tellin ya what the righties are gonna say!

A fighter.
Great campaigner.
Knows policy inside & out.
Thinks for himself.
Will give a rousing acceptance speech.
Will win the VP debate.
Will reassure older and working class voters.

I mean, I'll still end up voting for Obama, but I'll have to hold my nose if I see Biden (D-MBNA) alongside.

32. And Biden Will Probably Be The Only Pick That Will Even Get Me
interested in this election again! Say what you will, he's been around a long time and I bet he knows a lot more than you realize.

I still see "fire in his belly" and think he's itching to take the Repukes on. Like Cheney, he probably won't run for POTUS and won't feel the need to grovel. I stated earlier that Obama is the candidate and I'm sure his handlers will still run the show, but Biden can be the Attack Dog!

I know many will bring up his past as everyone does about anyone in politics... but for me, I see a different Joe Biden now! Sometimes it's true that with AGE comes WISDOM! He's just a little older than me and looking back I know there are MANY things I wish I could "do over" again.

We ALL make mistakes, yes WE ALL DO, but that doesn't mean you don't learn something in the process. Well some NEVER learn, but I think most do. Ever since the Flip-Flop phrase became so prevalent, anything anyone did in the past seems to mar them for life! I dare say, we all have flip-flopped in our lives and I've always felt too many Americans use the phrase to define far too much.

JMHO!!

23. He's a good potential Secretary of State.
The Senate can't bust his balls over the bankruptcy bill, because a lot of them voted for the shit too. So he'll pass confirmation easily for a cabinet post. But that's baggage we DON'T need to hand to KKKarl Rove and the GOP mudslinging team.

No on Joe for VP

28. Not the worst Democrat in the Senate by any stretch, but the worst VP selection from the Senate. He
is the epitome of the status quo in DC and the polar opposite of "change."

Biden makes a lie of Obama's whole primary campaign. Obama's way too smart (and honest) to do that.

35. From What I've Seen... The Obama I See Today Isn't The Obama
I saw in the beginning. Just this morning on C-Span there was a Mr. Allison from the Sunlight Foundation with a lot of information about the upcoming Convention that might surprise you. Not only the Democratic Convention, but also the Repukes. Much, much more too, you might find some interesting reading there.

30. Considering Obama's "gentlemanly" demeanor, Biden might just
give the ticket a much needed balance. Biden isn't bashful about taking anyone on and he's pretty good at the stinging retort.

39. He's likeable enough
Never been personally crazy about him, but I respect him. He's a hard worker, he understands the issues damn well. And he can sometimes say things just right (but he bats about .500). Think he'd be a net plus as VP candidate and as VP.
