"Some" Democrats Fear Winning
What I am about to write, is addressed to the few, not the many. But those few, tend to say the same thing over and over and over again, till they seems like they are the "many"

It is this, we can not be afraid of winning. Everything will not be perfect on any given day. Sometimes the press will be with us, sometimes they are with other side. It does not mean the campaign is falling apart or losing. It keeps the general population tuned into the melodrama.

What gets a canidate over the finish line first, is just plain old grit and hard work.

There is not going to a time where the general population are going to throw laurels at our feet and say. "you were right all along, we were wrong". Waiting for that validation , is not going to happen.

When you take on the reins of power, you, me, anyone, are going to make missteps and mistakes that a good party, a good leader will be willing to back off and correct before proceeding forward.
It is not a sign of weakness or losing ones way. It is a sign of maturity and judgment. Only the blind keep driving forward on an agenda without ever doing a course correction.

We certainly have been suffering under the auspices of lemmings over a cliff for the last seven years. Never taking a second look at a decision, or willing to make a course correction.

I know there is that comfort level of doing the "I told you so", but to always want to be the one to do that, means you were never in the place of power to make that decision in the first place.

Winning comes with a price. Our decisions will be up for continual scrutiny and criticism. That sometimes seems like a price the few are not so sure they want to pay.
