As McCain hides behind Corsi's lies, should Obama challenge McCain to DEBATE their personal lives?

Seems to me this would be the toughest way to hit back at McCain, GOP, Corsi and the corporate media who tries to validate the smear merchants.

2. Do you feel it's TOO TOUGH an approach to challenge a debate on the smears
being leveled by the RW? You think Obama should show some restraint and let the rest of the Dem party do the actual hitting?

3. I think it is something that further takes the debate away from the real
issues challenging our country. He's running for President - he's above personal attacks.
We need to know what the person we're voting for is going to do about the issues. Personal life is already too much a part of the picture.

I'm all for the rest of us going to town on McCain, though

4. True.... it IS up to the rest of us, or SHOULD be.
If Obama DIDN'T have a strong left ready to hit back for him, then he would be stuck having to hit back all by himself.

5. Some pundits have been saying that will come up tonite.
McCain is going to have to answer for his infidelity, and Obama for his drug use as a teen.

6. Well....let's see what doors to acceptable behavior in campaigning are opened with this Corsi book.

7. I just want to see people start going after McCain.
He was tied to lobbyists in the 80's. Lots of money went into his pockets, not to mention the Keating 5 scandal.

There is a long article in a weekly Phoenix publication on McCain from someone that has been reporting on him since the 80's. McCain is slime and no one is talking about it.
It's a very long article, but here's the link if you're interested.

THIS should be a best seller.
