28. I am really not at all sure
anyone can prove anything to you.

You are well aware of the posts and threads that go on here every day. That remark is simply a continuation of the post about the ABC News/Time Magazine gossip mongering.

7. new polls out today have Obama up big in NY, NJ, and MA states that
some said during the primaries he couldn't win because the blue states voted for somebody else in the primaries.

3. Thank god! I was getting worried.
Maybe the local Barack Obama group can focus on NH instead of the multiple canvassing in Boston outings.

6. Should be higher - the Eastern Part of the state has too many repukes

But, us true blues in Western MA will give it to Obama in a safe majority.

8. It's okay. McCain isn't going to go much higher than 38% and so Obama will win by as much as Kerry
did.

in red areas of MA!

15. I'd be curious to see internals from the Rassmussen poll. The Suffolk poll
Edited on Thu Aug-07-08 05:07 PM by Mass
that was published yesterday find Western Mass/Worcester as the only area favoring McCain over Obama. I have doubt about the validity of this poll as the subgroups are way too small to be significative, but I'd be curious to see results from previous elections.

27. Ok. You apparently misunderstood
I was responding to, "since when does Longmeadow not belong to Western Ma."

It doesn't not belong to Western Ma.

And that was the point. The most reliable Republican area of MA can be argued to be that area (based on state representation in the state house).

Don't use no double negatives.

30. Is your point that Longmeadow is Republican or that it does not belong to Western MA?
You make no sense to me.

31. That it's Republican, and that it's not part of the Eastern portion of the state
as the person I was responding to implied that the Repukes are from the east coast.

I hope that makes enough sense. If not, I'll try again (and this time without double negatives).
