3. The Luntz Classics Death Tax and Partial -Birth Abortion
Death Tax is the much hated (by the uber wealthy...especially the Dupont family over the years) Estate and Gift Tax...still THE FAIREST OF ALL TAXES. But the GOP makes it sound evil, not a way to hide from capital gains taxes.

And Partial-Birth Abortion, hell I don't even know what the technical term is for it before they focus grouped it and gave it the name.
