Hillary Asks Not To Be Nominated
Edited on Wed Aug-06-08 04:41 PM by Median Democrat
Her supporters may try to nominate her, but unless she asks to be nominated, this issue is closed.

Hillary Clinton has decided against being nominated for President at the Democrats' Denver convention, but many of her more die-hard partisans may vote for her anyway.

A source close to the New York senator confirmed she won't file a formal request to the convention asking to be nominated along with Barack Obama, who eked out the victory in their fierce primary slugfest.

"She is not going to submit the signed request," the insider told the Daily News. "People are still circulating petitions on her behalf, but this is a done deal."

Party rules stipulate that Clinton must ask in writing to be nominated herself and also submit a petition signed by 300 to 600 delegates. Without her signed request, petitions of support are meaningless.

This is distraction ginned up by the MSM. Also, here is Hillary campaigning for Obama.

19. Do a search
at google under blog search.

make your terms "puma blogs"

Then come back and tell me she is not keeping thing stirred up.

They are even accusing Obama of shutting down their blogs and one is trying to get Dean's salary stopped.

This is not funny, silly stuff anymore.

13. Her August 2nd video directly contradicts that. And it's in her own
words, her own voice, on film. Madfloridian has the vid in her journal.

Right you are. Just MSM intermeddling, since they have nothing better to do. Case closed.

17. Mafloridian's Video Has Hillary Repeatedly Referring
To nominating Barack Obama, and when her supporters asked what if's, she said its never going to happen. Again, a tempest in a teapot that will be stirred by the MSM. Most of the offending remarks are by Hillary's supporters, not Hillary.

20. And I am really hoping that is all this is. Don't get me wrong on this.
I don't believe it's a certainty that anyone is trying to create chaos at the convention. And I do think that the MSM benefits from us bickering amongst ourselves, both for short term ratings and for a possible McCain presidency. After all, they're more interested in their bottom line than about democracy.

I do think that there should be no more ambiguous statements from either Clinton from here on out. Because we all know that they will be used by the media to stir things up.

Peace.
