i've been hearing chatter for the Last 12 hours that kerry's gonna give a major speech today - about bush's famiLy?

can anyone heLp me out here?

i can't find anything on his site, and the onLy pLace i'm hearing that the content of his speech wiLL be, the bush famiLy, is here.

4. I'm kicking this up.
His speech was supposed to start at 11:00 am. FauxNews is supposed to show it. I don't know about the CNN and MSNBC.
