"Left" in the bible... I FOUND POSITIVES...THAT WAS WORK
Among all this people there were seven hundred chosen men lefthanded; every one could sling stones at an hair breadth, and not miss.

They were armed with bows, and could use both the right hand and the left in hurling stones and shooting arrows out of a bow, even of Saul's brethren of Benjamin.
1 Chronicles 12:1-3 (in Context) 1 Chronicles 12 (Whole Chapter

Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.
Proverbs 3:15-17 (in Context) Proverbs 3 (Whole Chapter)

A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fool's heart at his left.
Ecclesiastes 10:1-3 (in Context) Ecclesiastes 10 (Whole Chapter)

Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Matthew 25:40-42 (in Context) Matthew 25 (Whole Chapter)

And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Matthew 25:32-34 (in Context) Matthew 25 (Whole Chapter)

As have been a surprising number of presidents (more than expected in the general population).

I'm not sure what you're getting at here unless this is also about "left" politics?

10. Weren't the words "left" and "right" just arbitrarily linked to
to liberalism/conservatism? It could have easily been the other way around. It would be a mistake to look any deeper than that, IMO. If your co-worker wants to discuss which one is better, you guys should talk about the actual origins of liberalism vs conservatism.
