I have no clue who he'll choose, and I have no particular opinion as to who he will choose. What I can't possible imagine is who would want to be his VP. I mean, seriously. Lieberman? Sure, he'd make it into the history books, but we see the kind of boost he added to the Gore campaign. Moderate republicans? Hell, the fundies already can't stomach McCain; they certainly aren't going to fall in behind a demonstrably moderate republican. And any of the more extreme republicans would pretty much alienate any independents or undecided voters (how anyone can be either indepdendent or undecided is beyond me). And while he is certainly an old geezer, I don't think he's as malleable as bush, able to be puppet-mastered by a Darth Cheney-type figure. Or maybe Darth is the only option? Now there's another one for the history books, probably.
So, here we have all this speculation about Obama's choice for VP, where there is an embarrassment of riches, but for McLame we have a big fat question mark.
