McCain won't even defend his own family....
when they are directly attacked by the Bush campaign in 2000 ...Illegitimate child, wife is a junky ..ect..

Yet he is asking us to trust him with defending the nation ?

Not a fucking chance in hell. This issue needs to be brought up.

4. Unreal ...isn't it ?
His family gets smeared in the worst possible way by Bush ...and he doesn't denounce the man doing it ...

Instead he embraces him.

I would be splitting wigs if my wife was treated that way.

2. Why would he?
Even he thinks his own wife is a "trollop" and a "cunt."

His words.

the loser in one of the biggest landslides in modern history.

His loss will be historic, and will be attached to his name forever, ...shit, I bet it will be etched on his tombstone...

Here lies a man who got his ass handed to him by Barack Obama in 2008

6. This should be a major issue
How can we trust McCain to defend this nation when he works with the people who, for example, started a racist smear about his daughter.

K&R.

Honestly, this is the issue that really clued me in on the man's character. He was all "straight talk express," but when push came to shove he let his wife and child get pushed around and did nothing about it. My parents happened to be in SC during that primary and they said that the garbage Bush&Co pushed was beyond disgusting... my father wouldn't even repeat some of what he heard. McCain let them do this, that was bad enough. But when he turned around and snuggled up to these very slimeballs, I knew the man was without character.

About a year ago I was surveyed about McCain by one of the major outfits- sorry I can't remember which one it was. They asked me lots of questions, but nothing about this. So when they were all done and asked me how I would judge the survey experience, I said I had one problem- they never asked me the one question I wanted to answer most, Why I had such a negative opinion of the man. So then the questioner asked me, lol. I brought up this issue and said that if he can't be trusted to protect and stand by his own family, how could I trust him to govern the country with integrity??

Probably had no effect on the survey results, but it sure felt good to say it;)

9. I've been screaming about this for years!!!
One argument that I've had with my Repug friends for years now is how can they trust a man who proclaims that he has moral integrity but cheats on his wife who faithfully stood by him throughout his ordeal in Hanoi Hilton? He left her for a young, beautiful, blonde vixen who is a billionaire heiress. He then allows the Repugs and KKKarl Rove to slime his wife and family and doesn't defend them. Not only does he NOT defend them, he turns around after the primaries and votes in lockstep with Bush, hugs him at the Grand Canyon and licks his ass consistently. He then calls his wife the most awful, most vile epithet imaginable...IN PUBLIC!!! And yet, they continue to defend this guy, of course, blaming Bill Clinton rather than addressing McDumbya's shortcomings.

10. I could NEVER support someone who didn't
defend their family against such a vicious attack, so much for family value.

11. McCain is the RW nominee because it was 'his turn'
I'm sure he had a backroom deal with Bush that gave him the nomination after Bushie's 8 years. Is it any wonder that after all those attacks he was hugging and praising Bush shortly after?
