Hillary Clinton Appreciation Thread
So it officially ends today and we all must come together to support our nominee Senator Obama. Many supporters of Senator Clinton, myself included are still going through the grieving process and coming around. Our friends who have supported Senator Obama from earlier on need to come around as well. There are bruised feelings on both sides so lets say something positive about Senator Clinton.

Let's toast to a long primary campaign and two wonderful candidates.

and

Let's move forward together in a positive manner behind Senator Obama who needs to win the Presidency.

3. Take your time, ronny.
I know how much of a passionate Hillary supporter you were. I think Hillary should consider herself fortunate to have had supporters who were as dedicated, as passionate, as faithful to her and her campaign as you were.

Take your time, my friend.

2. Clinton, Obama, Edwards, Richardson, Biden, Dodd, Kucinich.....
We had an outstanding field this year, perhaps the best since 1968...

Senator Clinton was one of the most formidable candidates in my memory. She's paved the way for all women.

This is such a nice tribute today to a fine candidate. I still like Hillary. She was a very worthy candidate.

5. I am an Edwards supporter but it never crossed my mind to NOT vote for whoever won. They are both

better than anything the Repukes have to offer and we need a Democrat in place to save the Supreme Court from the reactionary politics of the right.

Things got kind of nasty but this is politics folks. If Billy and Bobby Hatfield were in a fistfight and Bobby won, Billy would still be at his side when the McCoys (or McCains, as the case may be) came around.

Our country and the world need us to come together.

Also, I do love Hillary. She has shown our daughters what is possible.

8. I am getting ready to watch her endorsement speech on MSNBC
I am already choking up. This was a historic primary and it will be a historic election in November.

She'll throw her full support behind Obama and so will I.
