Will the troops coming home by Election cause any vote confusion?
I can't think of anyway but if a lot of troops are going back home to Florida or Iowa or Wisconsin....I don't know...thinking while typing...

Actually, you may be on to something. Most Armed Services members vote early, even if their ballots are not counted until ED.
