that being said, a couple thoughts:

1. She KNOWS that she won't be picked as VP--otherwise she would not have taken those not so subtle digs against Obama.

2. The cynics are right: she wants Obama to lose in '08.

3. I've never had a tension headache before,

but I got one listening to that vile speech. No concession, all the old lies about the popular vote, the swing states, about her supporters being "hardworking real Americans." The digs about her having worked on health care for 16 years, not 16 months, about him not being ready to be commander-in-chief. She can't possibly imagine that he would offer her anything after this last knife in the back. I knew she'd pull this shit, but it still makes me sick. I hope all those idiot commentators will see now that she doesn't give a shit about party unity. If Obama lets her anywhere near his campaign, he is crazy.
