They don't want him to get the racist vote. By coming out for Bob Barr and basically making him refuse the racist vote, they signal to the racists that he isn't their friend so might as well vote for McCain. Look at some of the comments. Now he is supposedly half black? lol!

Doesn’t Stormfront know Bob Barr himself is half african american. This would be a good time for Barr to talk about his african american heritage and say how foolish that Stormfront is for supporting him when in fact he himself is a minority. Ask Stormfront do they still support me now knowing I am half african american. Barr can show how foolish Stormfront is. Barr should be open about his african american heritage and be proud of it instead of trying to hide it.

R. Barr will never be a good choice for America. This man is ignorant to the overspending of our fed. He is a firm backer in the war on drugs, and says there is no evidence that medical marijuana can be bennificial, and the recipients of the M.M. are only usung illness as an exuse to use drugs! Go read a book dude!!

Apparently Stephanie is unfamiliar with the concept of learning from one’s mistakes and trying to rectify problems they’ve created out of their ignorance. Barr has changed his world-view so dramatically in the last couple years I can understand why many are skeptical. It’s called “personal growth”, kids. Get some!

Stephanie, I think you are wrong. I am a Libertarian and was VERY skeptical of Bob Barr. I have learned that since he left the GOP he has worked as a paid lobbyist for the Marijuana Policy Project. You are repeating arguments I hear circulating in the rumor mill.
I recognize that people change learn and grow. As a believer in liberty I know that truth, justice and the american way are winning concepts and I think Bob Barr has been overwhelmed and won over by the plain truth.
Regardless of his record while working as a party of the Republican machine, I am more than willing to believe that if he is brave enough to jump from the safe harbor of an estabished party to the Libertarian Party, he is brave enough to own up to his blunders against freedom and work within the Libertarian framework.

Yeah, people never change! People never learn from their mistakes or revise their views!
But seriously…what is up with the way people view politicans in American today?
In our own lives we hate people who are overly stubborn or never learn or change, but we think our politicians must have always had the same views.
If our politicians change their minds at all we call them ‘flip-floppers’.

Go Bob Barr! He is our only conservative choice. Barr taking votes away from Mccain and costing him the election will be the best thing for the right and will teach us a lesson. I am voting for Bob Barr!

Get lost (Ward?) Churchill.
Ron Paul is a heck of a better guy than the three stooges (McCain, Clinton and Obama). I am proud to have voted for him in the Georgia republican presidential primary.
My vote in November goes to Bob Barr since Paul ain’t going to run as a third-party or independent presidential candidate in 2008.

Who is Barr? Why his apparent “stand” against so-called white supremacists?
I think it would be wise to understand that the unpublic powers that own McCain, Clinton and at the least controls Obama, do not look kindly upon the Ron Paul phenomonen and the man himself.
Rule and divide has worked for this group of people for a very long time - as has controlling the path of humanity to controlled events of chaos: i.e. problem-recation-solution.
Why has Barr copied Paul’s message? And why is he know using it to created discord - where Paul previously succeeded in bringing peple together.
Why has Barr not copied this one particular slogan from Paul?
“Freedom brings people together”
