When Cheney Resigns in a Few Months, How Will That Affect the Election?
Edited on Thu May-29-08 11:44 PM by redstate_democrat
What if Cheney resigns in a few months. And what if this has been perfectly planned for awhile now. What effect will that have on the upcoming election. Will Democrats be stunned and unable to react quickly? When McCain comes out and calls for Cheney's resignation, will those independents rally to his side? Bush will be made out to be a victim of the big bad wolf. Will the American people be hoodwinked once again?

2. Of course not and even if I said I did, would you believe me? I'm
just an anonymous person on the internet. Let's just hypothesize here. What if that does happen?

5. If they had any brains they would have done that 2 years ago
and brought in a young bright Republican governor and started the transfer of power that way.

6. I'm just waiting for these people to do something.
I'm sorry, but I just don't put anything past them. I know they have a plan for the election. They always seem to come up with the most outrageous things.

8. Cheney and Bush will not go quietly into the night.
Iran will be pockmarked with the burning craters of Bush's bombs before he's done. Resign? I'd be more worried about Bush and Cheney declaring some sort of national emergency and refusing to leave at all.
