Narrator: We all hoped and prayed this was true.

Follow up with scenes of continued carnage in Iraq--a soldier wounded. cities in flames. Crying children.

Narrator: Since the president declared "Mission Accomplished" over (number) American soldiers have died in Iraq and (number) have been wounded. Our soldiers easily took control of Iraq but in the rush to war our leaders didn't devise a strategy to allow them to win the peace. Meanwhile American prestige in the world is at an all time low. The sympathy and good will we had after 9/11 has evaporated. It is time for a change.

Show John Kerry in a clip from his acceptance speech saying:
"We have it in our power to change the world again. But only if we're true to our ideas--And that starts by telling the truth to the American people. That is my first pledge to you tonight. As President I will restore truth and credibility to the White House."

Narrator: Truth, trust and credibility. Should we accept anything less in our president?
