Popular vote argument proves Hillary is unfit for the Presidency, or the VP spot.
By making this argument Hillary leaves us with only 2 possibilities:

1) She is willing to manipulate and decieve her supporters using their inability to process how the popular vote works, and thus proves herselves to be a decieving liar who can talk with a straight face about something as illogical as saying 2+2=5.
2) She is incapable of grasping simple mathematics and logic, and should thus be nowhere near any top spot that guides the country.

What other possibilities are there? She either understands what she is saying, therefore 1- or believes in it, therefore 2.

3. FALSE ... There is NO evidence that Obama won't get those votes in the fall
For example, ANY Democrat will carry NY, CA, etc. ...
This is not unique to HRC, and for her to imply otherwise
is misleading.

34. he will pick up a ton
once this bloody primary is over and he can focus on only addressing mccain, and not clinton mccain...

people want her to leave because OBAMA has WON it, she is HURTING him, his chances, the party.

the EC vote argument is VOID and unrealistic, because if we followed it, Bill Clinton would have had himself stripped of the nomination in 1992, for coming in third.

4. That's what she says, but we won't know until November.
Just because she won a state against another Democrat in the primary, doesn't mean she'll win it against a Republican in the general. Apples and oranges, and she knows this.

She's simply counting on voters being too dumb (or lazy) to know this.

Hmm... which party is it that usually counts on voters not being smart enough to see through their bullshit?

25. EPIC FAIL
Which states she won in the single-party primary is utterly irrelevant because IT HAS NO RELATION TO THE GENERAL ELECTION. That's like saying that because Hillary beat Obama in the Texas primary, Texas will vote Democratic if we run Hillary. Puh-lease, Texas would go red if teh Repubs ran Jack The Ripper.

8. Hillary couldnt win because no black people would vote for her
At least obama can get white people to vote for him, but she couldnt scare up a constiuency that we need in November. So telling us she is a stronger candidate doesnt hold after friday. You are as bad as the cops that were "shocked" after the Latinos marched a couple years ago. All the Latinos knew it and white america found out last.

>>1) She is willing to manipulate and deceive her supporters ...... proves herself to be a deceiving liar who can talk with a straight face <<

The key words here are "deceive and liar". You hit the nail on the head in my opinion, those words describe her to a "T". Does this remind you of anyone? (Bush was good at deceiving and a good liar as well.)

Anyone that can make up a story and repeat it at least three times about snipper fire in Bosnia does not have the qualifications to be president, and I can not for the life of me, understand why anyone thinks that she does.

And heres a scary thought, perhaps she has repeated the same story so many times at social gatherings and party's, that she now actually believes her own made up story to be true. Not someone I want to be president.

16. "I wasn't supposed to win Indiana!"
I heard her say that on a NPR report the day after. A good example of what you're talking about: she is more than willing to simply lie because she thinks she can deceive people into thinking she's got momentum, or something...hard to say what's going on in that twisted campaign now.

26. Did she really say that?
She was heavily favoured to win Indiana handily. If she said that, she's either flat lying or the pressure has got to her and she's lost her mind.

17. I think her popular vote argument indicates that she is willing to ignore
the rules (or rules of law) and that she thinks the ends justify the means, regardless of what those means are. And I think that is the exact same mindset we've had over the past 7 years that have gotten us into the bloody mess we're in right now.

The manipulation and lack of facts and logic are exactly what we've been fighting against, and it's disheartening to see so many people that are willing to throw out everything just as long as their candidate wins the nomination.

19. Hillary is more fit t0o be President or VP than any boob who posts on this board.
One tiny shred of the proof of that is that Hillary is not the hate-filled slanderer that so many posters like this one are.

IOW, she has class.

22. Actually, it was Obama's argument. She was responding to it.
Obama said that he wins by "every measure," including at that time popular vote. That is what Obama argued and wanted to argue to the SDs.

Clinton said, "not so fast..." And, it is an argument for the SDS.

31. Winning the GE doesn't happen till the primaries are over - HRC has NO GE votes because...
...the GE hasn't been HELD yet.

She wants to be appointed the nominee because of FEBRUARY POLLS about an election that hasn't HAPPENED YET and isn't held until NOVEMBER?

I'm sorry. That's NOT how nominees are selected. Pffft!
