Can you imagine if the GOP had a candidate that had Kerry's war record?
Can you imagine the way they would lovingly go over every wound, every battle, every bullet that whizzed past Dear Leader's head? Can you imagine that any Democrat would dare to question his valor? Or the merit of his three Purple Hearts?

We are lucky, lucky, lucky that Bush didn't serve and that the GOP couldn't scrape up an even slightly more qualified front man.

Just imagine the way the press would swoon over a genuine GOP war hero. Wait, I don't have to imagine it - they swooned over McCain in 2000 - until he got in Bushco's way, of course.

He's a bona fide war hero Purple Heart and all. They just couldn't beat Clinton. Still can't stop blaming Clinton. Clinton outshines anything they've found yet.
