Back door Donation: Buy Heinz Products At The Supermarket!
Put down the bottle of generic ketchup and buy Heinz! Why buy Vlasic pickles when Heinz pickles are just as good? Think about it.

BTW - I'm sure that the RW media is planning on doing a survey or something before the election to show that sales for Heinz products have fallen off since Teresa starting speaking out...that is, if sales actually fall. If sales go up, it may not get reported, but at least it will keep the "sales crashing" story out of the news.

1. Umm..
it doesn't really benefit the Kerry campaign. Kerry-Heinz only owns 4% of the shares of the Heinz products.

5. And didn't we read that Heinz donates more to GOP than Dems?
Week or so ago, big giggles about that other GOP ketchup competing with Heinz and how the GOP was shooting themselves in the foot with it

11. She isn't - this is misguided effort-
THK controls the Heinz Foundation - which has a small amount of Heinz stock - she may also benefit from some Heinz trusts - but in general, buying Heinz will not benefit her, let alone JFK.

4. Teresa owns a very small share of Heinz...
and has nothing to do with the day-to-day operations.

Most of the money that the Heinz corporation gives, goes to Republicans.

I'm sure someone else can provide links and better data.

6. Teresa owns only 4% and the Heinz company donates to the GOP
Edited on Mon Aug-09-04 10:55 AM by tandot
Why should I support a company that donates to those incompetent fascists occupying the White House?

7. Theresa owns 2% of Heinz.
Send $ to the DCCC, the DNC, or to some other official Dem org.

10. No
I think I'll stick with generic or natural brands and donate to individual candidates.
