I don't know about experience, but to suggest Obama is either reckless or, as McCain did the other day, "lacks judgment" and is "hysterical," is tantamount to pointing at someone with four fingers pointing back at yourself.

Obama's strength in foreign policy has been his judgment (not just on the war, but as attested by many foreign policy experts, as per the NY Times Sunday Magazine piece a while back), and his coolness under pressure are his strongest suits. It's the old GOP Karl Rove tactic to attack someone on precisely these strengths.
