My take is that Cindy looks like the dominatrix type. Just dress her up in a shiny black pvc outfit.

And John probably goes for her torturing him while dressed up or down as the case may be. Definitely disgusting!

1. I'm trying to figure out why Michelle Obama is a target of derision, when she's
not the home-wrecking mistress who stole drugs and got her employees blamed and fired for it.

I would definitely change Michelle's eyebrows.

They are a bit too Snidely Whiplash-y.

Not that I give a rat's butt, personally.

I find that a disgusting comment about a man who was REALLY tortured after being captured.

Of all the comments you can make about either of them, did you have to make one that made YOU look like a bottom feeder?

especially looking at his wife.

There is something just not right about the two together.

13. And why are some Hillary Clinton supporters threatening to
"sit this one out" havocmom?

I thought so.

See, when all is said and done, and the Democrats lose -- it really doesn't matter who's to blame.

The damage will have been done .. and Obama fans will have been partly to blame.

"FAIL" indeed.

20. Some seem to be more interested in getting their way than supporting the party
I didn't get my way but I am supporting the nominee and not behaving like a spoiled two year old throwing a tantrum.

Obama fans did not do the damage. The inability of some to get past ego and on to greater good is the problem. When such people behave poorly and FINALLY get slapped down for it, they throw more tantrums trying to put the blame on those they provoked instead of facing the facts of what they have done to provoke rebuff

Hold your breath. Turn blue. You faint before you die and when you faint, you start breathing again. A bit of practical knowledge from my ol momma.

Now, if ego is really more important that things like the Supreme Court and honestly facing Iraq, sit this one out. Meanwhile, those of us who put party over ego, and country over party will continue to work to bring new people into the fold and involve them in the process. THAT makes America stronger where as tantrums and threats make for silly melodrama.

Go ahead and blame me. I'm an Edwards voter. But if HRC's 21%ers aren't adult enough to take responsibility for the stands they take, go ahead and blame me. You don't define me and I know it. Further, I am Legion.

22. Now havocmom, you may be a "Legion", but you lost a
lot of credibility when you insinuated that it's not the Obama supporters who have threatened to sit out.

The truth, of course, is that many Obama fans are on record as saying they would not be voting for Hillary if she's the nominee.

You might want to ask your mother about that, since you seem unaware.

21. Did you not see the polls here
where many Obama supporters said they'd never vote for Clinton if she was the nominee?

The fact is, a handful of Clinton supporters here have said they wouldn't vote for Obama. Obama fans now scour other sites to find such reports and bring them back here.

If Clinton had the nomination, there'd be hundreds of Obama supporters here swearing they wouldn't vote for Clinton under any circumstances.

Clinton is not the nominee so what Obama supporters would or would not do in that case is irrelevant.

29. Re: Cindy
While their marriage is of no concern to me, this does piss me off in a very big way....

Cindy McCain was an addict and was caught stealing narcotics. She was whisked away to some fancy rehab with no charges.

Yet if a regular person is caught with a bag of dope it's straight to the jail cell for the poor man's detox.

It's a sickening double standard. Either we come to a realistic Swiss-style harm reduction model for addiction for ALL Americans or Cindy should do some time in jail.

These rich f*ckers make me sick with their notion that laws don't apply to them, while the poor are tortured for their illness.
