McCain cannot win WITHOUT Hillary - The Right would mob the Polls instead of staying HOME...
Edited on Sat May-17-08 03:55 AM by symbolman
McCain is not being funded for the most part, he's low man on the Totem Poll as far as the Corporations are concerned, they're donating to Obama this time around.. Much of the Right Wing find the guy Boring, or other than being a "War Hero" too much of a Flip Flopper to SELL to the Public, some think he's Too Liberal, a Maverick who they can't control, a Lying Straight Talker, Too Old, etc..

The Right really doesnt have much use for him, even the Freepers hate the guy..

But the Right DOES Love to Hate the Clinton Name Brand, and they treat women like Footstools.. Thats why the Right Wing KingMakers have been grooming Clinton for the Spot, because they know that come Election Day that instead of voters washing their hair, or taking those Coke bottles back to the store, the Right Wingers would be streaming to the voting booths in Droves..

Why?

To vote FOR McCain?

Nope..

To Vote AGAINST Hillary..

McCain has always been a loser, each cycle he starts off great, hell, he even had ME going at one point, a guy telling it like it IS for once.. But in the End, his Right Wing shows, he flip flops, starts to babble, begins to Shrink, a born Loser.. And they know it..

So the Truth is, that without Hillary to bring out the Dead, McCain is TOAST..

Obama is going to BEAT that doddering, senile, raging stooge, like a Circus Donkey, bank on that..

We should thank Clinton for blowing it, despite being ahead, having total Name Recognition, a fat War Chest, the backing of the Democratic Party AND The Right Wingers as well as the Media, she was able to so Royally, Historically cock it all up, still amazes me..

No so amazed any more though, because Obama is such a Once in a Lifetime political Joy, who is going to change this country for the Better and Renew the Social Contract that will in the end bring the whole damn planet together..

I predict a New Age, and I'm dead Serious.. That's why the old fogies don't "get it", 100 years of same old, same old politics is going on the trash heap of History. :)

1. McCain has no chance against Obama
it's because Obama is such a fantastic candidate, it has nothing to do with Hillary.

2. Thanks for the vote of confidence for Obama..
but I respectfully disagree on the Hillary count, I believe it has Everything to do with her..

This is why, among other reasons, the Media, and The Right Wing have been propping her up, and the very reason WHY they wanted to Run McCain against Her, to bring out their BASE, who really are largely uninterested in McCain but have a pathological rage, a vendetta to fulfill against HER..

The only shot McCain had..

and at this point, with Obama the nominee, it's just pointless.

3. Want a laugh? Check out the NRCC blog comments
as in National Republican Campaign Committee. Tom Cole, whoever that is, posts a blog article entitled 'Republican Solutions and a positive Agenda', with a few paragraphs of empty nonsense about why the GOP is the party of the modern family or some BS.

Response: HUNDREDS of angry comments from bitter republicans snarling that they'll never give another dime, they hate 'Juan McCain' (racist, much?), the GOP deserves to lose, and so on. Maybe 1 comment in 50 is positive. Surf over and take a look for 5 minutes - it will blow your mind. Not only do they hate McCain and their own party, they are quite willing to deliberately wreck it in order to convince the leadership that they need to 'wake up'. Some of them are even threatening to vote Democrat just to punish the GOP. A LOT of them are talking about voting libertarian.

The conservative base of the Republican party is incandescent with rage as they blame the national party for everything that has gone wrong since Reagan left office. It's not a discussion - it's a mass suicide. You have to see it to believe it. Those GOPers on TV weren't kidding when they said that if they were dog meat, they'd be taken off the shelf. We might be witnessing the actual destruction of the Republicans and a split into two parties.

6. Funny as hell
They flogged immigration as a wedge, got 'em all stirred up... then floated a candidate who's "soft" on the issue. Now the teeming unwashed are ready to poke him with pitchforks because the GOP's been telling them for years that guys like him suck ass.

I've never seen a GOP dirty trick boomerang so perfectly.

14. Yep!
Personally, I think the GOP has tossed this guy to the Wolves this go around, an experiment to see if they can still Steal it with a throw away Candidate..

What Obama's REALLY going to have to watch for, hopefully Fight for, is the Disenfranchisement of a million black folks nation-wide.. Wonder how those Voter Purge Lists (with tons of people named "Smith" but One is a Felon, but they use that one to keep a 100 Black guys named "Smith" from voting) are looking about now in States that support it?

The GOP has a Lock on keeping blacks from registering, frightening them with vote fraud, moving the polling stations, etc..

Totally targeted group.. For instance they're telling us that Obama got ZERO votes in HARLEM?

C'mon, no Way.. Something stinky going on already..

Thanks for the input here.. :)

11. Or six or seven parties :)
Edited on Sat May-17-08 07:12 AM by symbolman
thanks! Good stuff, ive Been saying for a long time now that Bush & Co are Not Republicans, they are Pirate Corporatists with no regard for anyone but their pockets and their loyal pals grain stores.. Sure they threw open the grain stores (using the Treasury like an ATM) like Reagan, but that's where the resemblance ends..

They are parasites, tapeworms.. And True Conservatives, who when they behave are tolerable and may actually care for their country, HATE These Guys!

When I was a kid, and the Media wasn't pushing "50% of Americans hate the other half!" we'd all party as neighbors, fuck political alliegence, etc.. All were Americans, just like what Obama is pushing :)

I think we may be entering a period where the Repigs dissolve for 50 years, maybe a little Tar and Feathering happening, a lot Everyone telling "tough guy" Freeper types to shut the fuck UP - like Mathews did to DumbBoy the other day..

Things might get bad AND good at the same time, but it will beat what we've had the last 7 years..

War criminal trials that we have to watch from the campground because we lost our home, but with everyone pulling for each other..

Humans AGAIN :)

Thanks for the Illumination!

5. some of them had to have voted for McCain
they had primaries too, you know. How you know they weren't voting in dem primaries to vote against Hillary up till now, since they "hate her" so much? And why does Hillary poll better than Barack does against McCain?

7. Ever since the MSM started shilling Hillary last year, it's been obvious that's
the Rethug strategy--energize Rethugs to vote against the Dem. rather than for the Rethug. The support for Obama has really
messed up that plan.

"How do we beat the bitch?" ? He just smiled, didn't criticize the question one bit.

20. One of my favorite albums/CD
when he dons the giant suit all I can think of is Bush's tailor, if Bush's shoulder pads were any wider he could park the Battleships they'll eventually name after him on those same shoulders :)

My argument would be that we already have a battleship with Bush on it...
