Is this over yet?
Can we focus on McCain now or do we need to keep explaining over and over how Obama is the nominee?

Is there going to be all night coverage of the South Dakota primary or what?

Looks to me like it's *been* over:

Will we have three months to run in the general election?

Gah.

1. People need time to adjust to what has happened,
especially given the fact that this primary season has been so damned long! Yes, it's effectively over, but not officially so, and people are venting and grieving and behaving badly. And then there are the trolls who come from other boards, just for the hell of it. It'll pass.

The primaries of 2004 were even worse than the season we just experienced, although they didn't last as long. All kinds of reasonable and good people behaved very badly after the candidates they supported dropped out, etc.

Cheers. :toast:
