Is this appeasement?
President Bush has the gall to accuse Obama of being a terrorist appeaser, and Obama's campaign was swift to counter it. Where is Senator Clinton's press release? Where is the Democratic leadership? Where are Hillary's supporters on this?

Moreover, when our troops and Iraq's forces get our asses handed to us by Al-Sadr, and we are now accepting a truce, is this appeasement?

Are we negotiating with terrorists by allowing Al Sadr's Shi'a faction to be part of the Iraqi parliament. Is this appeasement?

When the vast majority of 9/11 hijackers come from Saudi Arabia but our relationship with that country is as strong as ever, is this appeasement?

When under Reagan DUMBSFELD happily shook hands with Saddam Hussein, a dictator crushing everyone in his path, was that appeasement?

When Bill Clinton allowed China to enter the WTO without preconditions and concrete human rights achievements, and simply hoping that the de-isolation of China would make it "play nice" was that appeasement?

When Dept of Homeland Security nabbed Luis Posada Carriles, who bombed a Cuban jetliner 32 years ago and illegally entered the US a few years ago, and then DOJ prevented his extradition to face justice, was that appeasement?

When the US supported a number of Latin American and South American dictators or violent coups against democratically elected ones, was that appeasement?

Even if President Bush is more ignorant of US History than we give him credit for, surely he knows of his own granddady's investments in companies that supported the Nazi regime. Like Keith Olberman said, he needs to shut the hell up.

2. His father made a deal with Iran, arms for hostages. His grandfather helped the Nazis.
Bush is the wrong person to mention either the Nazis or Iran.

3. It's nearly the end of the day. Where is Hillary?
When will she denounce the Bush http://www.dailykos.com/story/2008/5/15/122620/929/436/516202">as many of her peers in Congress have done?

4. As Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs said today the question for voters in November will be:
"Are you safer today than you were eight years ago?"

The American people are well aware that not only are we not safer than we were eight years ago, we are far worse off economically, as well.

Bush is an embarrassment to the people of the United States.
