Christian President? - flyer for distribution
Someone was handing these out at the Kerry rally in Zanesville. I thought it was great so I have re-typed it into a PDF. I think that everyone should send it to their local churches.

http://www.daisywreath.net/mongo/flyers/Christian%20president.pdf

Here is the text of the front page:

“Christian” President?

Is it Christian to export our best jobs to Red China, a country that persecutes, imprisons and kills Christians?
Yet, this is the Bush record.

Is it Christian to offer tax incentives (subsidies with your tax dollars) to rich corporations and super-rich individuals when we know in advance this policy only impoverishes mainstream America? Is it Christ-like to favor the rich and offer only callousness to the poor and the middle-class just struggling to keep what they have?
Yet, this is the Bush record.

Is it Christian financial wisdom as national policy to advocate huge tax cuts for the rich in time of war and record deficits?
Yet, this is the Bush record.

Is it Christian to send troops into battle without enough support and against the advice of the professional military, like Marine Gen. Anthony Zinni, who like other high ranking officers, have resigned their commission rather than support the president? Is it Christian to act like a “know-it-all” and accuse people of being unpatriotic when they love their country and their troops more than their president?
This too, is the Bush record.

Is it Christian to play games of deceit with the American people and lie about the impact of national tax cuts and federal funding when said president and his advisors know that states and localities will be forced to raise their taxes to compensate?
This too, is the Bush game plan.

Isn’t there more to supporting families than cheap talk and talking religion? Isn’t quality family life structured around well-paying jobs with full benefits so mothers and fathers can work in order to live, not live in order to work?

1. How come Bush never put his hand on the bible and swear under oath?
Is it christian to be the only one who refused to first talk to the 9/11 commission and then not do it under oath with public pressure? Me thinks Bush is very afraid of the truth and very afraid to tell the truth.

3. forget the Kerry rallies, hand them out at Bush rallies
Put them on cars and send them as letters to the editor in your local papers.

Make the title "A Christian President" and put them on windsheilds in poor rural communities where people are voting for bush against their best interest. It may not get them to vote Kerry, but they might stay home.

7. Another thing we could do with the fliers...
The 'Christian President'? fliers. Print out abunch and post them in every Wal Mart you can find. You know the little boards with "job openings" and wanted signs. Yeah, bring a stapler or tape and post them all over the place. Im seriously going to do that tomorrow. Not just Wal Marts either, go to your local expensive grocery stores and do the same. Tape them on the side of coke machines. You never know, it might change some minds. Im doing it. Who's with me? :)

8. I got 20 dollars to donate
But I'm worried, if you send it to the preachers or churches alone will they just throw it in the trash?
