I am very sad.
The vitriol expressed on DU toward Obama by the Hillary supporters, but especially the hatred for Hillary expressed by Obama supporters dismays and disappoints me. I try coming back to read what you all have to say here, but it's just too depressing.

Grow the hell up!

1. Usually when I'm very sad, I try to do something about it.
I don't demand that other people change.

3. I guess it's become mandatory: every day we have to be told how we've been misbehaving.
Ok.

6. It has pushed me farther away and only strengthened my resolve to forget
about them both and work on local grassroots Dem campaigns. I am ashamed of both of them and a good lot of their supporters.

8. Did you really expect better on the Internets? You might try a place where...
..there is a little more filtering- both before joining and after joining.

10. It's not hatred, it's digust.
There really is a difference, you know. I spent years defending the Clintons to anyone who brought up blowjobs or Whitewater. Then when I have the gall to support a candidate other than her I'm belittled by her campaign and her cronies try to steal my vote away with back room power grabs. Top that off with the blatant race-baiting she has engaged in and there is little left to be proud of.

And maybe I'm a little more than disgusted by the lack of respect she has shown to people like me who expected something good from her only to find that she has sold us out to the highest bidder.

14. If you need something to depressed about, try this:
Obama is the presumptive nominee. Hillary's actions threaten his victory.

The Dems absolutely MUST win the Presidency this year.

Absolutely. Must.

ANYBODY who jeopardizes that deserves to be attacked.

20. I'm not even going to try to suss out what kind of twisted logic made you come up with that.
Just to say a real democratic election is light years better than a hereditary Clinton/Bush duopoly.

15. It seems to me that it's a same group of obama supporters that sit in their
darkened bedrooms...staring into their computer screens...hammering away at their lonesome keyboards....spewing their filth. It certainly is not the general public who feels what they're expressing. M a n y support Hillary and they want to see her take this campaign to it's full conclusion...be it at the convention. Hillary's the best choice for President. when I first read www.attacktimeline.com..my eyes were opened...I saw the big picture. They denigrated Gore to remove him from the election to the Presidency...they denigrated Kerry and now it's Hillary.... The first two were sacrificed in order to put the designated front man into power - w..... Now their attacking Hillary for ANOTHER fraud - bho(a packaged product from king makers of industry). IF, by barest chance, obama does slide into the presidency....watch for drilling in Anwar and proliferation of new nuclear plants...nearly immediatelly happen..

18. It isn't the internet doing this stuff.
good example, though, of the level of "thought"

Sorry, no offense intended - I think everyone is a bit crabby.
