9. Yes, proportional representation.
as for the OP - it really doesn't matter at this point. Arguing like they are only makes them look worse.

2. By GAWD! They're in the Primary. HRC's going all the way! Win the Nomination or DESTROY the Party
in the process.

Scorched earth? Your GD right. She's gotten off of "the boat" and she's going all the way. Fuck the Party and the American People, The Clintons will have their White House for a third DLC term. :nuke:

16. The problem is Hillary's irrational harping on the popular vote
That's the point of the OP. She also dismisses any states that don't fit into her "new math".

8. I was an Obam supporter
who said Guam and Puerto Rico should not have Primary votes. See below my anger towards Puerto Rico and my reasoning behind it.

4. If Puerto Rico
was trying to become a state I'd have sympathy for them. However they constantly vote against it taking away electoral college votes and potential US Senators and House Reps from the democratic party.

Become a country or become a state...no more of this fucking territory shit.

However its in the DNC rules so yes it counts.

7. Yes it makes sense to me
they vote for the dem nominee and we give them a voice that way. I think in the dem race its a valid measure.

It was part of the set up going in and I dont think we do ourselves any favors to try and deny them thier vote.

14. About as much sense
As Dems Abroad, Guam, American Samoa, Add-on Super delegates, Super delegates in general, mixed proportional representation, caucuses, Open primaries, and having 30 levels of conventions(yes, I exaggerate).

That said, I personally think PR needs to, pardon the expression, shit or get off the pot. Same with all the territories. We have states subject to all our laws. We don't need no stinkin' loopholes. Declare Independence or sign up as 51. Think what Quebec would give to have the same freedom and isolation.
