Most people who supported the war did so because they believed Pres Bush.
Most people (check the polls) now believe that Pres Bush either lied or exaggerated the evidence.

3. It needs to be said, and often.

It needs to be a Democratic "Talking Point", as much as I hate the idea. Here's the phrase.

"President Bush lied."

Say it often, say it daily, say it every time a camera is pointed in your direction. The only difference is that this Talking Point happens to be true. Eventually it will seep into the collective conscious of America and everyone will "know" that he lied.

One thing, for sure--the Repugs are always quick with a smear in answer to any question, and as long as the press never follows up on the allegation, they continue to get away with it.
